Alrighty you guys, back on track. Baby is still having his moments ... along with me ... but I stuck to the plan!
I seriously don't know how I am doing this ... well, Jesus and Joey sure help but I don't know ... I have just been thinking to myself, "How in the world am I still standing?" And you know what? Because you can do it! My husband, Joey just keeps telling me that I can do it. No matter how low I feel or how overwhelmed I am getting, I just need to take one step at a time and keep moving forward. And guess what? I do it. I get through the day and I do it.
Anyways, keep on reading to read all about my day and what I did and ate!
Today was an early wake up day for Grayson and me. We both woke up around 7am and got going. He has actually been spitting up after every morning session, so we played a little bit to wake him up a bit. By the way, if you have been experiencing this as well with your little one (them spitting up after nursing first thing in the morning) than try what I did ... just play and jump around with them for about 10 minutes and then try to feed, stopping every five minutes to burp them. It takes a little more time and patience, but it does work ... so far.
After I fed him, I got my Meta D drink ready to go and chugged that down and prepared for my workout with Studio Tone It Up Chyna. Gotta be honest, not the biggest fan of her ONLY because I know she will kick my butt! Her workouts are hard but hurt so good. However, today's workout was tabata based and I LOVED it!! She is now becoming one of my favs because I do love how I feel afterwards ... as I say with any workout though. You never regret a workout. Am I right?!
So today was a good day for the most part. Baby is doing better, I am back on track and things are looking up!
Hopefully tomorrow is even better. Really, really hoping...
