Back on track and ready to rock this Monday!!
While I had a fun yesterday, it is time to get back into the game and back on track. Not going to lie ... my cravings for "bad" food were kinda on a high due to yesterday's non TIU approved meals. It's like my body's sugar level was through the roof and my cravings were out of control! But ... I squashed those cravings and stuck to TIU approved food. yay!! Little victories are actually huge victories when it comes to my eating and working out. I love it!!
So ... back on track today and here is what I ate!
Booty Call: Studio Tone It Up
45 Minute Walk
M1: Tone It Up Protein Bar (blueberry coconut)
M2: Iced latte
M3: Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie (coconut water, frozen bananas, tone it up coconut protein powder, ice + an orange)
M4: 1 Matcha Protein Bite (These were super sweet to me so I only could eat one and not two. Plus they are more like cookies than balls)
M5: Sausage + Peppers (chicken sausage, bell peppers, onion + kale)
M6: Yasso Coffe Chip Ice Cream Bar
Monday is done and we are back at it! Husband and I are doing so good and are loving this new lifestyle of ours. I didn't beat myself up for eating junk yesterday but instead just got back on track today. This is our new life ... this isn't a diet. If we go off track every once in a while, that's totally fine!! Just get back on it the next day or meal. Girls we got this and just because of one slip up doesn't mean we should quit. Never quit!!
