Do you guys ever have one of those days when there is just temptation everywhere you look? Today was one of those days for me. I feel like commercials and even my mail had ads for fast food and the like. Not to mention it was a difficult day for my teething baby and cooking was the last thing on my mind. But both my husband and I persevered and pushed through and ate well. Not going to lie though, it was hard! There were so many times when I thought, just forget it ... let's just go out and get back on track tomorrow.
But why? It only takes 30 minutes to cook dinner and we will feel SO much better afterwards. And am I glad that's exactly what we did. I am now going to bed feeling so accomplished and even more ready to tackle those pesky temptations.

M3: Coffee Smoothie (tone it up chocolate protein powder, coconut milk, espresso grounds, iced coffee, frozen bananas + ice)
M4: 1 Peanut Butter Cookie
M5: Turkey Stir-Fry (turkey, cauliflower rice, peppers and onions + green onions)
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
So there you have it! I am already starting to mentally prepare for this weekend and do my very best to push through!
