After making it through my off day yesterday I woke up feeling a bit better and not so "off". So that is encouraging to myself knowing that I CAN make it through a day and not eat cheeseburgers and fries even when that's all I want. So yay for victories!
Now, moving on to today ... which was way better. I woke up before my baby woke up and got my day started nice and early, which was nice. However, he woke up just a little bit after I did, so I then attended to him and got him all fed and then put him in his little play jumper while I got my workout on. That is pretty much how every weekday morning goes. After I had Grayson (my son) about six months ago, I had no routine and was really trying to get on one. So now today, I have a routine and love it. He has a sleeping routine, I have my workout and nutrition routine, and we are loving it. Routines are magic to me!
Today was also meal planning day for next week. I am going to attempt to make donuts for the first time. I have never had a TIU donut but everyone keeps raving about them! Any flavor suggestions? I think I may try the chocolate one or the matcha donut from the Bikini Series. We will see!

M3: Coffee Smoothie (tone it up chocolate protein powder, coffee, ice, frozen banana + almond milk)
M4: 1 Matcha Protein Bite
M5: Tahini Tray Bake
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
