So after a horrific weekend of eating horribly and not getting any workouts in, I am back on track and ready to rock this week. I won't lie ... I woke up this morning feeling defeated. Why can't I just make it through one weekend eating healthy and staying on track? Why is it so hard to make the right choices nutritionally? Am I the only one here? I am sure I'm not ... we all go through this and I am going to try once again this weekend to stay on track. I can and will get through this! We got this girls!

M3: Coffee Smoothie (almond milk, frozen bananas, tone it up chocolate protein powder, ground coffee beans + ice)
M4: 1 Peanut Butter Cookie
M5: Tray Bake (chicken sausage, brussel sprouts, green beans + sweet potatoes)
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
