Tomorrow marks my husband and I's two-year anniversary so we are celebrating today. We started off with an easy morning and then headed off to church and afterwards went to chilis for a lunch/dinner. The night ended with a decadent dessert. In my eyes, this whole process is all about balance. If there is an event or birthday, it's okay to eat a piece of cake. Just get back on track for your next meal ... there is no need to deprive yourself!
Meal One: Tropical Smoothie
Meal Two: Iced Coffee
Meal Three: Chicken Fajitas (Chili's)
Meal Four: --- still stuffed from Chili's (this is also when I meal prepped for the week)
Meal Five: This was just dessert for us. We shared a deep dish cookie from Trader joe's topped with vanilla ice cream. We did not finish this by the way. It is delicious but so rich and filling!
Tomorrow marks week three of my 21-day challenge and I can't wait to see the results at the end of the week. Pushing through strong!
