You guys!!! This is so ridiculous! Every evening around dinnertime, I am getting horrible cravings and wanting to eat out so bad. I just can't get over this hump of temptation! I mean, my husband and I are doing everything we can to overcome these cravings, but my goodness it is not easy. Not at all. It's super hard actually. And today starts the beginning of a three day weekend. My goal is to make it through the weekend and stay on track both nutritionally and workout wise. So let's do this girls and keep each other accountable! We go this!!
Here is what went down today for me ...
Booty Call: Studio Tone It Up
Daily Moves (only completed two sets however, not three)
45 Minute Walk
M1: Tone It Up Protein Bar (blueberry coconut)
M2: Iced latte
M3: Peanut Butter + Jelly Smoothie (tone it up PB protein powder, almond milk, frozen strawberries, raw oats + chia seeds)
M4: 1 Peanut Butter Cookie
M5: Cauliflower Gnocchi (cauliflower gnocchi, chicken sausage + organic pesto sauce <-- probably not TIU approved, but it was a little treat for Friday night)
Let's also note that I am not a fan of cauliflower but I just had to see what all the hype was about with this Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi and boy was it amazing!! I was expecting it to be kinda gross but it surprised me! The pesto sauce helped a little bit too ;)
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
So there you have it! Now it's time to start to mentally preparing for this three day weekend and do my very best to push through!
