Day one done and done! I completed it successfully and actually enjoyed everything I ate and did. The workout though... goodness, I could barely walk down my stairs afterwards. SO SORE! But it hurts so good.
But anyways ... here is what happened today!
So day one is done! I gotta say that I loved everything about this day. Got a good workout in, ate healthy, whole foods and actually enjoyed eating kale (what?!!). Success in my eyes.
Now before I finish up, I have to post my starting weight and measurements ... so here goes!
upper arm: 13.5"
lower arm: 10.5"
upper thigh: 27"
I will be updating all these stats after the 21 days are finished.
