There are just good days and there are bad ones ... and then there are days right in the middle ... parts are good and parts are not so great. Today was a middle kind of day. Nutrition and workout wise, everything was great. But when it comes to Grayson, he is just going through it.
It's hard at times! He is just a booger sometimes! I know it's not his fault as new teeth are coming in, but whew ... it's hard to balance working at home and caring for a baby. But somehow, by the grace of God I get through it. Every night when I lay him down to sleep, I talk with my husband and just say, "Babe, I made it through the day" ... such joy to be a mother, but man does it get frustrating at times.
But enough of my complaining ... let's talk about my workout and eating for today ...
Much better morning waking up today. That energy has found its way back and I am feeling good.
But even more so after that workout!! The tabata workout today was KILLER! I was huffing and puffing and barely keeping it together. But ... I made it through and proud of it!
Meal Five: Chicken Burrito Bowl
So last night's dinner was just so good that I just had to have it again. Everything about it just so delicious and perfect.
