Overall today was a good day. But can I just say how hard the workout was this morning?! Goodness!! I was dripping sweat by the end of it and didn't even do the cool down because I could barely move haha. It was such a great workout though. When I have sweat dripping down my back, I know that I worked hard and that my body is working. Love the feeling.
Also tried out a new recipe from the 2018 Bikini Series for dinner and I loved it! It's hard not to go wrong with garlic and lemon. I also added some garlic and lemon to the quinoa and YUM! I will be making this recipe again for sure.

M3: Tropical Smoothie (tone it up coconut protein powder, coconut milk, frozen tropical fruit + spinach)
M4: 1 Peanut Butter Cookie
M5: Lemon Garlic Chicken (chicken, quinoa + green beans)
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
After my crazy weekend last week I finally feel like I am getting back to back into the swing of things and my body is feeling somewhat normal. Just in time for this weekend. I am SO determined to stay on track!!
