I SO wanted to quit today ... well not quit but kinda indulge in some not TIU approved treats. But ... I stayed strong!! My husband even went out and got some fast food, but I instead got a smoothie to hold me over.
And not only did I stick to the plan nutrition wise, I also stuck to it workout wise! Well sort of ... I actually never really planned to workout on the weekends ... they were going to by my rest days. But while my husband was playing video games I found myself WANTING to workout! And honestly I have instagram to thank for that. I saw everyone posting photos of the Studio TIU workout for today and it motivated me to get up and get my sweat on ... which I did because it was a tough one!!
So yay to overcoming obstacles!
Booty Call: Studio Tone It Up
M1: Tone It Up Protein Bar (peanut butter chocolate)
M2: none ... out and about grocery shopping for the week!
M3: Coffee Smoothie (almond milk, frozen bananas, tone it up chocolate protein powder, ground coffee beans + ice)
M4: 3 McDonald's Pineapple Mango Smoothie (not quite sure what is in this, but I was trying to be good and not get fries!!)
M5: Chicken + Veggies (chicken, asparagus + some quinoa)
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
And that's it! Saturday is done!!! Can't wait to overcome temptations coming my way tomorrow! We got this ladies!
