This morning I woke up full of regrets. I for sure overdid it last night and boy did I feel it. I woke up groggy and had no energy. I just felt sluggish. These past few weeks, I have been waking up feeling so energized and ready to go. But total 180 degree turn this morning ... I hated it.
So I started my day back on track and feeling good. Read on to hear how I bounced back ...
Grayson was just chilling in his crib all morning which was nice because I was really struggling to wake up. But around 8am, I went in and got him and started our day. We played for a bit and then I fed him, afterwards putting him in his bouncer while I began my workout.
Today's workout was a dance one with some killer arms and booty toning! It felt amazing. I struggled to finish all the reps, but I will work up to it.
Meal Two: Kombucha
A little after I ate the bar, I got Grayson and myself ready to go out for an hour walk. I know this wasn't the greatest meal two, but kombucha was just what I needed to clean my body out of all the junk.
So today was a great day. SUCH a great day. I already feel so much better by just eating better for one day. It's incredible what food does to your body! I felt the negativity of it by just eating one meal off the plan! So insane. But back on track and looking forward to tomorrow!
