While today was an amazing day, I still allowed my emotions to get the better of me. Meaning, my dinner was TIU approved ... BUT I am not going to get down on myself about it. I have to give myself credit for making choices that I wouldn't have made in the past. I am changing. Getting brown rice instead of white. Ordering a kids meal size instead of an adult size ... aka smaller portions.
But anyways, my little baby boy is teething and I am just in a state of feeling so bad for him! I look at his crying face and just hug him ... poor guy ... But thankfully he is still taking some good naps and giving me a chance to still workout and get some work done around the house.
And I don't know if this plan is to thank for this ... but my husband and I have been on such a newlywed high lately. Like ... we are all giddy and cuddly and just ... happy. We are not newlyweds lol, but I think I am feeling more confident in my body and it's actually benefiting our relationship. We weren't struggling, but it has just made us like kids again, and I love it!
So yeah, today was a good day ...
