Hey guys!! So sorry I have been super MIA lately. I have been sticking the plan (minus the weekend) and working out as usual ... just haven't gotten around to writing about it. But overall, things have been good. It has definitely become a part of my life and daily routine. I don't even think twice about working out every morning or eating healthy throughout the day. It has become a standard in my life and I love it! But don't get me wrong ... I do have my bad days (emotionally and mentally) but I push through them with the help of all of you on instagram! I love the TIU community!!!

Booty Call: Studio Tone It Up
45 minute walk
M1: Tone It Up Protein Donut with Light Cool Whip and Strawberries <-- YES!!!
M2: Iced Coffee
M3: PB Banana Smoothie (tone it up peanut butter protein powder, almond milk, frozen bananas, cocoa powder + ice)
M4: 1 Peanut Butter Cookie
M5: Tray Bake (chicken sausage, green beans + asparagus)
M6: Yasso Ice Cream Bar <-- always gotta have that dessert!
