It was an early start to the day as my baby was awake about an hour earlier than usual. But with an early start means I got my workout done earlier and just got an overall early start to the day. I just think my poor guy is teething and is uncomfortable like all the time.
But today was such a great day workout wise and nutrition wise. I can't believe we are already at day 32 in the bikini series! I have to be honest, I wish I would have stuck to the plan to the "T" but have to give myself credit for the changes I have and am making. We are not always perfect and I do need that treat every once in a while. But the series is a just a chance to workout and eat well for 8 weeks with all you ... however this is my new life. This is not an eight week challenge and I am done ... this is how I am going to workout and eat now. This is just the new normal and I love it!
