And just like that three days have passed!
Can I just say how hard today's workout was!! I was actually super excited for a kettlebell workout and then about halfway through I was dripping sweat and not so excited anymore ... but I did make it through and completed the daily moves afterwards (despite me mentally saying I was done). But we did it!! We made it through three whole days of eating clean and working out! And if you have slipped up, it's okay! Just pick yourself up and get right back on track tomorrow. Because tomorrow is a new day ... don't think about today and the mistakes that may have happened ... just keep looking forward.

M1: Tone It Up Protein Bar (salted caramel)
M3: Coffee Smoothie (almond milk, frozen bananas, tone it up coconut protein powder, ground coffee beans + ice)
M4: 3 Strawberry Shortcake Mini Muffins (YASSSSS!)
M5: Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl (quinoa, chicken, black beans, pico de gallo + guacamole)
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
And that's it! The day is done and tomorrow is awaiting!
