I am still on such a high from this past weekend and actually meeting K+K! They are beautiful and amazing women and I am even more excited about Tone It Up than I have ever been before.
...But then it all came crashing down when everything seemed to be going wrong today. The morning started out okay and I got my workout in but then ... downhill. I just feel like one thing after the next was going wrong for me! I just couldn't catch a break! Even writing this blog post right now, I am just now able to relax and put today behind me a look forward to a better tomorrow.
As you will see below, the stresses of today got to me and instead of cooking the meal I had prepped, I had my husband go out and get us food. I didn't go all out and tried to stay within some kind of boundaries, but still ... I am beating myself up for not preparing the yummy dinner I had planned ... which will now carry over into tomorrow. Sigh...
