Today is the last day of the Tone It Up 21 day challenge!!! And I am happy to announce that I made it through the weekend! It was such a victory for me and a perfect way to end the challenge. And to top it off I worked out!! I have never really worked out on the weekends and today I just found myself grabbing my weights and working my booty with Kat! Such an amazing feeling!!
Anyways, here is what I ate today ... to be honest it's tad "sad" and not totally TIU approved as I missed some meals, but for the most part, it was okay.
M1: Iced Coffee
M3: Chipotle Bowl
M4: nada (still full from lunch)
M5: Yasso Ice Cream Bar (Once again, still full from lunch ... it was a lot of food!!)
And ... for the most important part of this all ... the results!! Here are the results from me staying on the Tone It Up Nutrition plan (for the most part) and workouts for three weeks ... the time it takes to create a habit and I sure have got that habit now and am loving it! So here you go!
You guys! Those results say it all!! This plan works!! And to be honest, I ate dessert most nights!! This is such a motivation for me to keep going!!
