Well ... one way to stay on track during the weekends is to be sick!
I woke up this morning feeling horrible. My stomach was in knots and just had the worst stomach ache. Needless to say I barely ate today and just took it easy. No working out for me either. Thankfully, by the end of the day I was feeling way better and despite wanting to eat "bad" food, I stuck to the plan and ate some Halo Top Ice Cream instead. I know ... not the BEST thing, but it's better than eating out!!
M1: Starbucks Turkey and Egg White Sandwich
M2: Iced latte
M4: Tone It Up Protein Bar
M5: 1 whole pint of Halo Top Ice Cream
And that's it! Ready to tackle tomorrow!
