okay day two ... has been completed! Today was harder as I am feeling like I am going through withdrawals from sugar and carbs. Goodness. It's tough! Like no joke, sugar and carbs are like a drug! Granted, it's not THAT bad, I am exaggerating, but the struggle is real, my friends.

1:30pm - MEAL THREE (lunch): Last night's leftovers
So, not sure how many of you have a retainer, but I haven't worn my for at least a month and I just put it back in last night and have been wearing it throughout the day. And oh. my. goodness. it hurts so bad!! The pain I have is honestly so bad and so uncomfortable, it's actually ruining my appetite. But anyways, I proceeded to eat my lunch the best I could.
Now, I am usually not a fan of leftovers, I like variety, but these leftovers weren't that bad. I like the salad I had yesterday, but structure! I am sticking with the plan no matter what because I know it works.
