Day two of the bikini series!! How many of you are already loving it?!
And can I just say ... those strawberry shortcake muffins are SO GOOD!! These are by far the best muffins I have ever made from Tone It Up and am in love. My husband even likes them!! So these will for sure be a staple in our home this summer.
Today's Studio Tone It Up workout was tough! My arms were still a tad sore from yesterday but it hurt so good! And those daily moves were killer! I loved it all.
Here is what I ate today!
Meta-D (apple cider vinegar, apple juice, cinnamon + water)
Booty Call: Sunset Sculpt+ and the Daily Moves
1 hour walk with my baby boy
M1: Tone It Up Protein Bar (Blueberry Coconut)
M2: Apple + iced decaf coffee
M3: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie (almond milk, frozen strawberries, tone it up chocolate protein powder + ice)
M4: 3 Strawberry Shortcake Mini Muffins (YASSSSS!)
M5: Tray Bake (carrots, bell peppers, red onions, green beans + chicken)
M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream
And there you have it! Day two is done!! Can't believe we are moving along and doing this!! Well for me, in the past I probably would have already quit ... but not this time. I am doing this!! And with he help and accountability of my husband we are doing this. He also stuck to the plan yesterday as well. Good job to all you TIU babes! We got this!
