okay guys ... tomorrow officially starts the first day of my Tone It Up 21 day challenge.
This includes all the workouts and working out 5 days a week as well as all the nutrition. So today is meal prep day for this coming week. I don't know about you, but I do well when things are already prepped and ready to go. I feel like I am more prone to cook if it's all just laid out there.
So meal prep. I believe it is a crucial part of the Tone It Up community and one of the keys to success. So here goes nothing ...
So all in all, prepping the for the week was actually pretty fun and I just feel so organized and ready to start the week! Sunday meal preps are going to become a staple in the Scott House.
