The day is finally here!! Day one of the Bikini Series is underway and I couldn't be more excited. And what makes it even more fun is that my husband, Joey will also be doing a modified version of the nutrition plan. So basically he will be eating healthy at work and then for dinner, I will just be making two portions. I can't wait for us to get healthy together and keep each other accountable. There is no better accountability partner than one who lives with you! 

So here we go! Below you will see my workouts, what I ate today, and the dreaded before photos + measurements. Let me be honest. I did not want to post before photos ... I am just so embarrassed by my post baby body, but then I thought, It can only get better from here. These photos are the worst it will get!  Eight weeks will go by so fast and I can't wait to post those after photos!!

M1: Tone It Up Protein Bar (Peanut Butter Chocolate)

M2: Apple + Cinnamon

M3: Coffee Smoothie (almond milk, decaf coffee, frozen banana, tone it up chocolate protein powder + ice)

M4: 3 Strawberry Shortcake Mini Muffins (SO GOOD!)

M5: K + Kale Salad (kale, bell peppers, onion, pine nuts, cilantro, homemade lemon zest dressing, chicken)

M6: 1 cup of Halo Top Ice Cream (I have a HUGE sweet tooth and will be eating dessert every single night. It's all about balance!)
