2018 BIKINI SERIES RESULTS

These past eight weeks have been so amazing. My confidence has grown while my waistline is shrinking! This series has changed my mindset completely. This isn't a diet for me but rather a lifestyle! Life. Changed. 

In the past it was all about never swaying from the diet but now, if I want a donut, I am going to have one ... on occasion of course. 

But all in all, here are the results of the eight week challenge! And keep in mind that I didn't stick to the plan 100%. I went out a few times and ate some tacos here and there. I think have the mindset of not being perfect has helped me greatly. I am so thankful to Tone It Up as well as K+K!!

I am not going to lie ... I thought I would have lost a few more pounds ... but look at the results!! My weight is just a number on a scale ... these photos say it all!! 

Here's to the next eight weeks and beyond!
