WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method. Additionally, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.

how does the custom order process work?

If you placed a custom personalized order on typologiepaperco.com, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your details. Once you confirm your details and a proof is sent your way, your order is non-refundable and will ship in about 1-2 weeks from your order date. 

 

will i receive a proof for custom items before they are shipped to me?

Yes, customers ordering any of our personalized items will typically receive their proofs approximately one day after purchasing. Once a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable.

 

are my custom items ELIGIBLE for return?

Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors (such as misspelled words or incorrect information etc.). By approving your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval and you wish to reprint, we are required to charge you for services rendered.
